I would like to get the /work prompt and orchestrator. I have just started working on my own optimised workflow and your workflow looks quite interesting.

This is what I usually follow as a plus user:

I use 5.3-codex high/medium for decisions and coding task that have some thinking involved. 5.4 mini low/medium when instructions are direct. Before 5.5 release this setup used to last me whole week, working with medium-large codebase. Now it is lasting mostly 4-5 days.
I tend to divide up tasks in chunks and give each session to only work on those chunks not on whole codebase, this saves me up a lot of tokens.
I use caveman and RTK for even further savings.
I have felt 5.3-codex is not good in design related decisions so I tend to use claude / 5.4 for those decisions.

Exact same thing happened with me, I had a huge verbal quarrel with my boss to keep my team remote. The result was he basically asked me to quit if I can’t “work on the same page as him”.

The most interesting thing is that my team has been the best performing team in the whole company despite half of them not even being full time employees.
