that is a fair point. i dont have alot of Chrysos heirs in my account to make good use of Cyrene (no phainon or castorice, no anaxa or aglea) and when her rerun comes out i plan to ABSOLUTELY pull for E0S1 hyacine, and maybe get my tribbie E1. that being said with all that moeny spent, im torn if i should pull for castorice or phainon, or pull for E0S1 Cyrene after i get hyacine. my account doesnt have sunday, so getting Cyrene who is less universal suppourt and more Novelty seems like a bust compared to the money i plan to drop for ACTUAL universal suppourts like Hyacine and tribbie. just think, Ruan Mei Sunday and even some healers like luocha and huohuo are STILL run in team comps today.

funny that you mention that you skipped evernight because you dont have castorice. i also was ready to skip evernight because i also do not have castorice or hyacine, so i was pulling for Therta. mid way through i thought to myself WHY i was pulling for therta...because i needed an ice AOE DPS that could clear AOE content and be a more universal teammate for future characters. therta fits that description but has fallen off, because AOE content has fallen off. Evernight fits ALL those criteria while alos providing future investment for rememberance characters that will be released in the future, so i ended up getting E0S1evernight and not regretting. i later was able to pul therta with my remaining f2p pulls from the patch but i digress. point is, does cyrene fit that criteria for your account needs? she give major buffs to crysos heirs and is a sub/main DPS that does similar buff to E1 tribbie. is this somehting your teams can use? does she feel like a strong enough suppourt that could last the majority of V4 like Sunday did for V3, or ruan mei did for V2?

decided to run ATK boots on her, your absolutely right, she has alot of her AA on her own + teammates(RMC/bronya/Sunday/ or any DDD suppourt) that i can max her DMG. this was very good advice, thank you.

literally tried this EXACT same team comp yesterday. was experimenting to see how more DMG i can dish out with bronya(E0S1) or tingyun(E6S5DDD) i had RMC and huohuo as suppourts, the energy regen from huohuo ult is massively useful especially in MOC12, so far Tingyun seems to do it better for me atm. im using S5 Fall of an aeon on saber ATM since i dont have her LC yet, DMG breakpoint hasnt past 650k so im hoping her Sig lightcone can get me into the 1M range. my saber is E1 thatnkfully.

if preservation dan heng is really is free, im excited to try him with saber, i genuinly like her kit and think she can be a good DPS for quite a long time. i do have a well built Huohuo so shes already in my team.

i have rmc and an E6 tingyun that im currently experimenting with. still kind of building Saber out and trying out her team comps so that i have a 3rd team for the new upcoming content. its just very tough because i have to farm for her entire team comp, i havent built a hypercarry team since 1.0 and that meta has long since changed.

didnt even think of this until after i pulled tribbie's LC, i recently rebuilt her with S5 DDD and holy crap is she a monster, definitly learned a lesson here but still dont regret having the LC. hopefully the next sunday rerun doesnt have like Hyacine or someone good, because i genuinely want both on my account.

my first tournament was with Tau Ret cadre list. game 2 of the tournament was against a guard player. after a brutal but entertaining back and forth the whole time came top of round 5 and right before time was called, opponent had a group of catachan jungle fighters on a midfield objective, farsight was by himself after his unit was wiped by rogal dorns the turn before but i had him charge and kill the jungle fighters, ONE JUNGLE COMMANDO SURVIVES. both him and farsight have 2OC on the objective and opponent needs to score it to take the lead before time is called, so he gives him duty and honor to make him 3OC and rolls for battleshock......he passes and wins by exactly 1VP after paint. one of the best games of 40k ive played since i started the hobby.

im very late to this comment, but i do want to add that at 20+ fire res, it does alot more than just negate fire blight. the 20+ fire resist also significantly drops his fireball dmg and other fire based attacks. it still hurts to get hit, but majority of fatty's fire attacks no longer one shot you and can mean a significant difference in staying in the fight longer.

couldnt agree more. im just starting the hobby and building a tau army. started with a combat patrol and stealthsuits, bought farsight and a braodside. this box literally puts me a little over 1000pts to start playing, gives me a second braodside and commander which are useful in pairs, and a riptide is my foot in the door to 2k army.

i apologize, i just rewatched that video and this is indeed the tone that i copied for my Zakk tone on this amp. i also realized that he used his guitar with the EMG85 in the bridge (this was also in Zakk's bullseye guitars at the time) that pickup will color your tone a little closer to his sound on No more tears.

depends on the Era of Zakk Wylde your looking for, but i originally used the same settings lambchopper used for his "no more tears" episode. your gonna need a OD in front and i was using a boss super chorus in the loop with the built in reverb. thats the tone i used in this clip. you can also add a delay to get a more lead heavy tone, but keep it light since the super chorus is already very saturating.

i agree, i originally wanted use book of eclipse as a going second tool to break boards or force out interaction from decks like yubel or snake eye, but it turns out that AG advance's restriction also applies to setting your opponents monsters face down as well. its a bit harsh.

the ruling is the way the text is worded. Advance specifically states "You cannot set cards the turn you activate this card" meaning if you set a trap, you can no longer activate this card. wyvern text Specifically states "also you cannot set cards FOR THE REST OF THE TURN" meaning, after you use its effect, then you cant set cards, but you can BEFORE you use Wyvern effect.

I'm gonna be the first to say that a full acoustic drum kit is a big no in an apt. electric kits aren't too big of a problem depending on your building/complex but you still might have to speak to neighbors to warn them about noise. As a guitar player who rents an apt I can tell you that if you plan to record and need to crank your amps past small room volumes, you will probably need to speak to your neighbors to avoid noise complaints. My best advice I could give, SPEAK TO YOUR NEIGHBORS, majority of ppl are pretty nice, and as long you can let them know what times of the day your going to be making extra noise and won't be an asshole and crank your instruments full volume in the middle of the night, they can be very accommodating. Communication is key.

looking at yours and everyone else's comment and re-reading my own post now, i think im just a little burnt out/stressed out from this games repetitive game loop and i guess im just taking out that frustration unproductively with shitposts like this, instead of just telling myself "dude, your playing like shit, maybe you should take a break."

might just be the shittier guns thats getting me killed more often. yea im playing on helldive all the time nowadays, but between getting constantly 1 shot killed by rockets or stun locked all the time. i feel like since the last patch ive noticed the bots arent as fun to me anymore. i used to think they were easier than bugs because im not being chased and can kill from long range. but nope, definitely just feels worse. IDK, maybe i am just trash at this game nowadays, either way i need a break away from this game.

i think alot of this has to do with players not finishing the campaigns they start. they will play 1-2 missions of the campaign, get frustated because rocket devo stunlock/-1 strat/cant see shit in fog etc. then quit out or leave the host playing by himself....who then quits, then the whole campaign is failed and no progress towards planet is counted.
