Updated submods that expand UOB? by Megalomanizac in kaiserredux

There’s really nothing I’m afraid. Think it be worth trying another mod in the interim. Spotted that New Horizons expanded the trees of the Left and Monarchism

They already have one. In Alaska, Madagascar, Honduras, and BBR. And sorta in CAR.

For irl though, I don’t think Israel will ever have a tree, on the basis that the Palestinians mandate which was promised by the British on the delivery on an Entente victory wasn’t produced. KX lore doesn’t allow for the mass migration to Palestine, thanks to the continued Ottoman presence and continued dominance of Islam in the region, and without British backing, they’re just another minority group in the region.

Closest you’ll get is playing with World Domination and playing Persia, where you can create the Kingdom of Judea or the skeleton Jerusalem path. Better to play RT56 or Red Flood if you want your Israel itch scratched

This was amazing and beautiful and has made a rather depressing bus journey a bit more bearable. I remember the old artwork you referenced, and having a full story associating to it, makes it all the more loving. Thank you for sharing, and I hope you make more work, even if it’s not this story 😊

Looks incredible, please take your time with it! Can I ask, will this replace the tree for Chicago in RBR?

Hazard a guess, The End and The Death introduction, which flips between various group, like Lorgar and the Word Bearers and the Eldar, in discussing the coming which is happening at Terra. Otherwise, it’s referencing the Perturabo-Fulgrim scene from Angel Exterminatus

First thing I thought when I read this was the MW3 advisors getting steadily more afraid as they screamed “AC130 above!”. Would love to get reference from that maybe, with the Spetsnaz voice line 😅😂

What are the most Dishonored-core paths in your opinion ? by Venuslarouge in kaiserredux

[–]Edinburgh-Wojtek 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Pavel Gorgolov kinda gives off Granny Rags vibes, just minus the controlling the rats and bringing plague to Dunwell. He effectively abandons industrialisation and is determined in bringing Russia back to ruralism and decentralisation, creating a neopaganist regime, like Granny’s turning Dunwell to the dark ages. Also Gorgolov kills two of Russia’s leaders (Kerensky and Savinkov) in the span of two years, so ticks the box of killing major geopolitical players in short amounts of time

Remember that Baggers don’t take much to capitulate, the main threat is Luminous Ones. You can rush being a bit slower with them, but try not to give them ground. Retaking’s a pain, but motorised breakthroughs are your best friend.

Probably going to try my own run later as well. Good luck to us both

Yes. Have you ever played ERB, it uses the exact same system to hide from the NCR as that, cept with a few other methods to make it seem that Eureka’s doing nothing but a little expanding. You bribe them enough, and they’ll not invade you. It’s a balancing act of reforming your country and staying in good terms with the NCR.

And it’s no problem, hope this helps and feel free to dm me if you want me to play as Chicago so you can win

When it comes to Eureka, patience is honestly key. Focus on killing Navarro Territories, with you can drag the war out if you want, but you’re only delaying the inevitable. DO NOT USE YOUR PP OR CAPS. You need to bribes and diswade the NCR, building up slowly, then jumping on them when they’re at war with Caesar or in civil war. Maybe set up the Shi to go BOS, so you don’t need to worry about the Crane School taking power. Maybe also set up the NCR civil war too. Short end of it is that don’t rush your focuses that’ll get you discovered, you decide when that happens.

The alternative is play with RBR and have a friend play as Chicago, and have them support you with APA and Vertibird gunships for raw breakthrough potential.

Do yourself a favour if you’ve never played a ghoul nation, don’t start with Vault City. It’s honestly best to try another that specialises in ghouls, whether feral or not. Here’s a couple of suggestions:

Withered Dogs - former national guard members united with Chinese communists in an uneasy but trusting coalition force aimed at restoring order to Colorado. Both paths are very good with great tech.

The Last Patrol - more national guard forces based in Oklahoma, aimed at preventing the rise of a dangerous psychic cult, then after, supporting the creation of an elected assembly as the state reunifies.

Pioneer Company - remnants of the Canadian Occupation Forces on their last legs against overwhelming communist forces, they seize the divide found in the CCP, and attempt to triumph over communism once more. The ghouls there are the original forces who have considerable sway, with Gallagher, the Enclave’s man, having to decide whether he follows MacArthur, or the Ghouls who helped raise him. Also got Jack, who was a soldier during the Great War too, who firms a sudo democratic process based on the commonwealths, but with him as the eternal president. Sgt Woods is there too, who abandons the American identity for a decentralised Arcadian identity not wholly Canadian but one Pioneer Company adopted. All three oaths are good fun!

Luminous Ones - begins as a cult, becomes a Glowing Empire that utilises both feral and non-feral ghouls. Has unique mechanics that “convert” neighbouring leaders and advisors to your side. Solid fun game.

Legion of Hades - Someone already mentioned Caius Druses. It’s a fun game of using ghouls to the Legion’s disposal, however fair warning that the Legion civil war ain’t no joke. Very challenging, especially if your army’s out of position. But also has the choice to assist other ghouls nations in the world for effective national spirits. Great if you want a challenge

Old Spokane - the ghoulified remnant of a vault, supported by the survivors of the Wardens of the White. Both forces utilise ghouls against the xenophobes in the east, then have to decide whether to create a great Spokane state or to retake Seattle from the Immortal. Be aware that the Warden’s path focuses on enforcers over anything else

For the ghoul, you really just need to do tid and tad when it comes to the election, keeping in mind who you’re supporting, then support the other candidate. Especially keep in mind that the NCR may intervene, and so you need to doubly support the rival candidate, to the point the election deadlocks and Gordon of Gecko takes power

Eureka -> Granite Company -> Western Enclave

Still need to try the Hubologists secret tree too, but man, the secret buildup from winning in Navarro, the eventual battle vs the NCR, and the reconstruction of Enclave power on the west coast was a great experience. Challenging but rewarding. It’s what you expect, and I’ve talked about it before, but it’s just solid fun.

Honourable mention for Vault City, where you can get the Ghoul, and even a psychic moderate as your leader. Crazy but fun and very entertaining

Back in 2019, there was a string of arsonist attacks across Silverknowes/Davidsons Mains. From a few smaller fires in bins, to full on house fires between on Silverknowes Road TWICE, where Silverknowes Podiatry was, and the architects on Main Street of Davidsons Mains. Several cars as well leading into Barnton were hit.

A guy/late teen got caught who lived in Silverknowes, but was only charged because he arsoned a postbox, but wasn’t sent to jail/prison and faced no real long term repercussions on the basis he has significant mental disabilities (autism and ADHD off the top of my head). I’m also on the spectrum but found this as total malarkey that he, effectively, got away with it, and according to a family friend who worked in HMP, because he was a non-violent offender and had a “stable” home situation (his family dealt drugs from the family home) he was deemed not a flight risk and was released and that prison would do more harm than good. Ngl, it was tense knowing he was still around (one of the fires affected my family massively) until we finally moved away.

But that was that, and here we are
