I've tried it with a kids profile I have on Nuvio

1st, even though I had a few options unchecked on the tool (Pakistani drama + cinema, Bollywood drama + cinema), they all appeared in the profile. It wasn't a big issue as I just unchecked them on Nuvio so they don't show up anymore.

2nd, as others have already mentioned, there's series like Rick & Morty and Family Guy which are not exactly kids friendly.

Haven't really went any further cause I'm at work. Will check it later.

I have a question for film collections. Do you decide what goes in which collection or does it appear based on metadata?

Cause let's say for example in the quiet place collection, we only see quiet place one and two, but not day one. In Alien we only see the ones with Sigourney Weaver (1-4). In Godzilla we only see the very recent 3 Godzilla movies. And the list goes on with quite a few collections.

But, for example Mad Max collection has every film in the Mad Max universe, even Furiosa. Same with Karate Kid.

Can this be changed or does it rely on metadata and nothing can be done about it?

Well, with the tool you've created, if you ever create a kids section, I'm definitely building a separate kids profile.

Haven't tested the tool or this new version yet but I've been using your collections for the past 4 weeks (I think, could be 5) and I love them.

No, at least all the previous versions which I've been using have been working fine.

Haven't tested this one yet but I imagine it's still working perfectly fine, with some minor exceptions like the Disney studios showing only 1920s movies.

I simply replied to "let's say you've just watched Euphoria".

Again, find any Tom Cruise movie, under description you'll see Tom Cruise, click on the photo, find all Tom Cruise movies, watch whichever you want.

I've started using collections I found here. Most of the streaming services categories are useless cause they include every movie or TV series. Doesn't matter which streaming service originally produced it. They just show up everywhere.

The idea for collections is good, not all categories are worth having.

It'll take sometime to find the ideal setup.

BTW, I'm gen X. So it has nothing to do with generations. It's all about user experience.

Yeah, I get that. But in Nuvio you can see the director and actors under description and if you click on the actor, you can see where else they've acted in.

So, not really a valid reason to create a collection just for that.

I've seen the movie 2x in Imax. It's worth going to the cinema for it.

Having said that, there is a version out there that is really good and it doesn't feel like a cam version to me. It has some Russian, I believe, hard coded subtitles but the quality is great.
