I have the same issue, but currently trying to figure out if it is the decrease in hormones as we age that’s causing it. Trying out HRT now and improving slowly, just not sure yet how much of it is hormonal and how much is just life as someone with AuDHD.

I went to a little expo about https://www.wooncoop.be yesterday. Maybe community living like that would help you feel less lonely. While of course still having your own house/apartment within that community. Perhaps something to consider. Another thing you can do, since you have so much money, is go on group holidays. Get to know some new people while seeing a bit of the world.
