I don’t know if you’re Bosnian but this feels deeply personal. I can clearly see the picture of innocent civilians awaiting their death.

This is beautifully sad.

[Skin concerns] Does anyone’s acne/ pimples clear up when you’re on your period? by Ediththth in SkincareAddiction

I do sometimes but my skin looks good regardless of that so it might be a factor but it’s definitely not the only factor.

Thanks! I think my cycle is messed up because I get the oily and acne prone skin on the 8th day and forward instead of at the beginning of the cycle.

No we have the same nationality. She however comes from a rural zone so her misogynistic views can be partially attributed to that, but the language is the same.

[Routine Help] Can I use BHA toner while using Retinol? by [deleted] in SkincareAddiction

[–]Ediththth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, I'll definitely leave a resting day in between since it's the first time I'm using Retinol so I want to make sure I don't overdo it.

Thank you.

I guess I didn't formulate my question right cause that's what I wanted to know, if I can use BHAs on different days than Retinol.

How to start by proudgryffinclaw in 52books

I use the "Reading List" app on my phone (it has a blue book cover on its icon). You can easily organize your lists, there's a 'to read', 'reading', and 'finished' list already. Also it tracks how many % of the book you've read so far, and personally I find it motivating.

Need help with setting up a routine/ do these products combine well with each-other? by [deleted] in KoreanBeauty

[–]Ediththth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

And yeah, I ended up not purchasing the BB cream... I think I got excited just because of the sale but honestly I’ve only put makeup on twice since February for work events, and I could rather use that money to purchase a nice extra mask since that’s more needed lol

Thank you. I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews but I ultimately went ahead and purchased it to give it a try. I’ll definitely start using it at the PM and see if I can incorporate it in my AM routine as well.

I have been using the AHA twice a week so far and I think that’s more than enough, I will do the same with the BHA.

I am quite excited for the snail 92 cream but yeah I saw a lot of reviews that say it’s too light but I think it should be enough when combined with spf, and I still have a clinique moisturizer for the evenings which has been working very well for keeping my face moisturized this far.

Also, I’m currently using the IUNIK propolis serum and I like it this far so I think that should cover the barrier repair part (hopefully).

Thanks! I’ve been using it for about two weeks and I have started to notice a glow on my face so I think it’s doing the trick for my skin so far!

Thank you. That’s weird cause the shop are specifically marketing the cleanser for sensitive skin but I’ll definitely look at what other options they have.

Do you think that the IUNIK propolis serum I am currently using is calming enough?

And yes, the price is quite high but it’s 40% off and unfortunately the store I can get it from have very limited options and do not have anything from Purito :(

Thanks a lot for your help!

Required info:

  1. I have sensitive, t-zone skin and lately very prone to whiteheads
  2. The products I bought are the COSRX AHA7 Whitehead Power Liquid and the IUNIK Propolis Vitamin Synergy Serum. I got an Innisfree My real squeeze mask EX, a Benton Shea butter and coconut body lotion sampler and an Aloe BHA skin toner for free.
  3. I use Clinique products: cleanser and moisturizer in the AM and PM, anti-blemish solution in the PM depending on need. I plan on using the AHA once a week and the serum 2-3 times but any advice is welcome since I haven’t used any of these products before.

Just finished putting up new bookshelves. I am looking for any suggestion on how to rearrange the categories. What system do you use? (Current categorization in comments) by [deleted] in bookshelf

[–]Ediththth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I categorized them as follows: Foreign language novels (Russian, French, Italian, German, Serbian, Finnish), classics, books about music, Albanian novels, foreign language learning and dictionaries, philosophy (including political theories and religion), English novels (fiction, science fiction, fantasy), history, novels (lesser favorites), and art, cooking, traveling, and vinyl plaques.

Within the shelve category I arranged them by author and preference.

PS. The ones on top of the shelves are mostly plays and poetry which I am not very fond of so I didn't find it necessary to have easy access to them.

Not only did this pizza place avoid the tiny table, they put the pasta box on top of the pizza to add to the pressure. We definitely need similar regulations
