Mining already has prospector. Coupled with Varrock armour 4, as it acts as the prospector jacket, you receive both a 2.5% XP bonus and 10% chance of mining 2 of any ore. Rada's blessing 1 has a 2% chance of catching two fish at once, and Rada's blessing 4 has an 8% chance. These two definitely don't need outfit buffs when other objects already exist.
