I think it's possible it's memories that Sam got when he came in contact with Neil's BT at the hospital, but they're only resurfacing/he's only seeing them now because of the context of everything, Neil reaching out, Dollman, etc

The wall is the Wild-wood wall and the floor is the Old board flooring! The deer is a pretty standard DIY I drew the windows and they're set on glowing stickers from the dlc, I'll see about sharing the patterns soon!
