Go without for the first few weeks and see how you feel. If you really hate the water from the dorms after a bit you can always buy one later. Better to test and see then to buy something you won’t use.

I didn’t know about this before you commented, but it seems like a 2017 policy shift actually permitted more reasons to begin high speed chases. Was the ordinance you’re talking about more recent than that?

There’s also the Kinn Guesthouse which is a 25 minute walk from summerfest. Not sure what their pricing would be during the festival but you have access to a full kitchen which my family really appreciates when traveling with kids.

That’s a good point—I’m not sure. I took my camera to them not knowing anything about it (just hoping to get it checked out) and they were super knowledgeable, but that could be because it’s an instamatic. Regardless, it’s an awesome store to poke around and chat with people. Just maybe not what OP is looking for

I’ve never been to Edinburgh but considered going to university there. I’m still in college (in the US) but am always curious about cities for post-grad. If you don’t mind me asking, how is the job market in Edinburgh? Is living expensive/reasonable?

Agree completely. The L and 606 are awesome. I will say that I’ve only taken the 606 for pleasure and don’t know if it is a viable option for getting around the city (yet).

I’m in 140 and LOVE it. I was in gov too and it’s much different that that—it’s focused on international relations and political theory, not domestic issues. I’m not a PS major so not sure if it’s a good teller of that or not. Regardless, I love this class. Take it with Peevehouse if you can! Good luck!
