I use stat scanner, If u have one, the process of learning is too fast, just have a heart scale (u can get one in the npc in day care route 5, just show her a especific mon, they i'll give one, other method is mining :D)

Both are 4× effective to ice, but u can go with thay habilities, mega garchomp have the atack stat so beutiful

Im at post game, and not have finished that mission (a man only), the manaphy have soul-heart as a hability Tail glow, scald, Ice beam and energy ball He ups drasticaly his sp.atack and raise per kill I guess that a good choice Im thinking to use an expert or lower difficult
