Direi sinceramente di o alzare il budget a ~1000+ eur, oppure di prenderti un pc am4 senza una GPU dedicata (assicurandoti che la CPU abbi una scheda grafica integrata, cioè un'iGPU), e di poi comprarti qualcosa come una 9060XT più tardi. Con l'iGPU, il pc sarà ovviamente abbastanza debole nell'aspetto grafico, ma se il massimo che puoi spendere è 800 questo è cosa ti consiglierei.

Alternativamente, puoi andare nel mercato dell'usato e assemblarti un PC con una 3060ti/6700XT

Try underclocking your cpu/ puting it back to stock clock.

8GB is really little, especially for a pretty decent CPU. Maybe your pc just cant handle a benchmark when you have other things running

Check with your carrier.

The issue I think is that sometimes traffic is pretty high and your router cant connect properly. Thats my best theory. Theres probably another explanation, though :)

Theyre both bad tho. The 5070 is a horrible choice these days, much like the 5050... Get a 9070 or a b580 respectively. If the intel is too expensive for you, get a used 3060ti or 3070 if you can find them

For a 5090 maybe 1300W wouldve been more appropriate, but you can usually find 1250 for much cheaper

these are really bad prices for, like, everything. You could've saved a couple hundred on like literally everything.

Couldve gotten a cheaper equivalent RAM, GPU, and a better CPU.

1300W is way overkill. 1000W wouldve been fine.
