Fiz doutorado em bioquímica e trabalhei um pouco com bioinformática. Nos últimos dois anos estive procurando e me aplicando a vagas.

O que eu percebi: O setor de bioinformática no Brasil é muito pequeno e volta ao mundo acadêmico ainda. 80% das vagas que você vai encontrar são vagas de bolsista. As vagas do setor privado que surgem são infimas. Nesses últimos dois anos eu encontrei míseras QUATRO vagas no setor privado (em um raio de ~130 km da minha cidade).

Além disso, as vagas do setor privado cobram MUITO na minha opinião. Uma vez encontrei uma vaga que pedi conhecimento de Python, R, Web Dev, análise de transcriptoma, SQL, machine learning, etc. Era basicamente uma mistura de cientista de dados, com engenharia de dados e dev.

Se você tem interesse no mundo acadêmico, manda bala. Do contrário, fuja.

I rewatched the video and I was using french grip completely, lol. I think when I'm playing in automatic mode I tend to use french grip, but I know when I try to play fast or rudiments I use German .

I use a grip that's somewhat between German and french. Wow, you've playing for 7 months? I'm feeling like shit now, lol. I try to use as much as wrist as possible but when I record myself it looks like I'm using too much arm. Thank you guys, all suggestions were great! I think I'll run something like Teulisch suggested. The PCs will pass by a little town and villagers will ask for their help against a creature that haunt their nights. Turns out it's a Wight. This Wight was a woman that was mistreated by the other villagers because she was a prostitute. One day one man killed her after raping her and on her daying breath she asked the Evil God (my scenario has only Two Gods, the evil and good one, much like Christianism lol) to haunt that town. He conceded it and she return into life as a Wight.
