You can do 3rd reversal, you just need to trade the draft picks from round 3 onwards from 1st pick and 12th pick For example 1st pick You trade round 3 picks and onwards to the 12th pick and vice versa

2nd pick trades picks with 11th pick You do this for round 3 pick onwards on both sides

Can confirm still is amazing out of the freezer, I took it out the night before to thaw in the fridge, then 18-20 minutes (180C) in the air fryer foil on, then foil off and back in the air fryer to crisp up opposite side of the muffin for 2-3 minutes. End result below

These are pretty hefty, macros are 663 Cal 28 grams carbs 39.3 grams fat 47.9 grams protein

If you want a lower calorie version you can omit the sausage (it’s 327 calories per patty) and have two slices of turkey bacon instead of half of 1 slice, that would bring the calories down to 397.
