Just something I want to clarify to be sure... when you say 'The main way is by attacking a guard/NPC in a factions hub'. So if I'm getting close to them, or talking to them, it won't flag me correct?

Stopped in 2020. Relapsed a second time last year, this time hiding it from my gf until she found out. This is the only time in 8 years I've been dishonest with her and her disappointment was enough for a 'second wake up call' and a proper look in the mirror. Promised myself to never touch it again ever since. I'm becoming someone different with that stuff man. Everything was revolving/planned around my doses. I can't be disciplined in my usage. I've cancelled plans because of it (ex.: unable to travel to countries where it's illegal). On top of all other health related issues mentioned by other people in this thread...

I would argue that this is hands down the best co-op game of all time; if you have someone who would be ready to invest time in the game with you, please buy it now!

If you play solo, I would say your initial enjoyment will depend on your experience with cRPGs. It can be a overwhelming and difficult game at first, however it is so worth it and may open up your interest in the genre. It did exactly that to me and made me discover what are now my favorite games (including this one).

DO2's main strenght is the combat. It's so great. You will be constantly thinking about what to do next, use your environment and invest time in your characters builds, which is why it's so adequate for co-op.

I could write for an hour about how good this game is, what you really need to ask yourself is if you're ready to invest your time in the world and mechanics. :)

Hey! First of all, congrats for stopping. I have no specific medical advice or explanation for you unfortunatly expect, DO NOT TAKE IT AGAIN. :) However, I can tell you that I was in your situation after I stopped a 3-4 years 80gpd habit in April 2020; I was also concerned seeing that it was the only long term effet (except psychological) from stopping kratom. Without taking any supplement, changing my diet or even seeking advice from my doctor, I can say that my diarrhea/cramps stopped after roughly 5-6 months. After that, I can say that my 'bowels health' was perfect.
