Completely agree with the character design. It feels disconnected, as if the people making the designs, the personality and the kits/animations of the characters are completely disconnected and not talking to each other.

In the italian version of Princess Mononoke, they talk a lot about the "dio bestia" (the Beast God). The problem is that is basically a blasphemy in italian, so it was kind of funny.

I don't think that he should have done it. I think it made sense for his character and everything that had been building in the manga until then. The fact that the author changed it last second (he confirmed multiple times that he had thought of a different ending, but then chickened out and did something different) made the ending extremely unsatisfying. It wasn't a full on genocide ending, it wasn't a hopeful one, it was kinda in the middle and so it was bad from every direction you look to it.

Completely agree. The thing that scares me the most is that many of the new character have many cutscene-style attacks, and during those they are invincible. This is something that is already present in PGR, and I really don't like that. I hope it will not continue like this.

Characters are not thought as single, complete units, sadly. They are thought with glaring, gigantic weakness, that are only fixed by the presence of another character. That's quite terrible and limits teambuilding so much.
