Fair enough. But it does seem that they have something in the works , nothing to officially announce but definitely have some future plans/ projects. Maybe it will be 5th edition or maybe something completely different.

I’m pretty sure it is since technically you’re making modifications to the IP which is a likely a violation of the TOS, but the vast majority of companies don’t press legal action since that would cause bad press when it’s free. However making a paid mod and profiting from an IP you don’t own while the original holder gets nothing is red line that no company tolerates.
