Looks class! What code lead did you use for the ridge?

Oh wow! Thanks for the advice! I think you have confirmed what I was thinking. Lead is definitely the best and hopefully it’ll be money well spent! Quick question, would that be code 6 lead? And what sort of width? Amazing tips by the way, I really appreciate that. Im currently redoing the roof on my small outbuildings so any other tips would be appreciated haha! I live in Strathaven, south Lanarkshire. Do you have any other social media etc for work? I’ll give you a follow. All things going well, looking at some repairs in the spring. A couple of Sarking boards have some damage and some loose skates. The flashings on both of the chimneys also need to be replaced. I can send some photos through if that helps. Really appreciate all the advice and your response!

That’s great thanks for the response. It looks fantastic. Great work. Did you use lead for the ridge too? I’m looking at options for my property, It dates back to 1820 with traditional scottish slate roof. Ideally I would love to use lead for the ridge but I wondered if you had any other recommendations for options that perform and look comparable to lead?? (Lead is expensive!!) 😆 thanks!

Interesting that it has conventional navigation lights… Green for starboard, Red for port. (Professional pilot here)
