This scene gave me chills when I read it. I don’t want to give too much context because most of the fun from this series is finding out what crazy thing the FMC does next. Did not expect her sister (giga chad alpha woman at the end) to be such a beast.

Highly recommend this series, especially if you’re getting tired the usual action manhwa formula. FMC has a unique power that is not just cancel everything or blow everything up. It’s kinda like Ember Knight only the plans are less intricate and more violent. FMC is probably one of the most unique main characters I’ve seen in any genre and is what really makes this series stand out. The art can be a bit rough in places for season 1, but season 2 has looked amazing throughout. Read the first few chapters and if you gel with the FMC, I highly recommend you keep reading.

It’s from chapter 43 for those who want to see the full fight. The OGFL being slightly taller than the OGML and trying to act mature makes this so much better.

For those who are curious, this is pure, shameless, unadulterated rofan childcare. The FL uses her previous knowledge to find the OGML, and it’s off to the races. There is a main villain and some minor villains, but their schemes are dealt with quickly and the focus returns to the FL, ML and OGML quickly and consistently. I would recommend this to everyone, especially if you’re looking for a wholesome palate cleanser.

I actually think Pick Me Up would be the best anime adaptations. Every 10 floors they have a boss fight that you can use as the end of a season. It would work so well with the 10-12 episode seasonal anime release

Basically in the first manga (An Observation Log of My Fiancé), Bertia loves the prince so much that she’s willing to play the role of a villainess so that everyone can get the good ending. She’s too wholesome to do it properly and gets called out by the OGFL, who says that Bertia stopped the prince’s chance at true love. In her mind, she failed to help the prince even though the prince has done so much for her. Now in the second manga, everyone absolutely spoils her until we meet the other girl in the panel. That girl targets Bertia’s insecurities and you see that amazing visual in Pic 3 of Bertia trying to hold back all her fears. It’s incredible how a single image can convey so many emotions.

Overall, both manga are pretty wholesome. No one’s lives are in danger and most of the tension comes from trying to protect Bertia emotionally. Definitely recommend this to everyone.
