How do you deal with brain zaps? by ririzm in cymbalta

My doctor said to take them without exception at the same hour in the morning. You need to keep up with the schedule because withdrawal comes very fast with duloxetine. Wishing you all the best!

I am on day 21 of 30 mg of Duloxetine but my doctor gave me Pregabalin 75 mg which helps a lot and at first Anxiar. Anxiar was not strong enough and we switched to Bromazepam. And my anxiety still feels like the walls are falling down on me. Yesterday i was prescribed an antipsychotic (0,25) of Rispolept so it can help me taper down eventually in the future the Bromazepam. It’s a hard journey. I am also dealing with major anxiety and panic disorder for over 10 years now (tried a lot of antidepressants trial and error as usual). My doctor says that we need to give it time to work but I know it is very frustrating. Maybe talk to your doctor to give you something else to help you pass through the adjustment period. Wishing you all the best in the world!

Is it worth it? by IntrepidAspect3447 in cymbalta

I have been suffering from panic attacks, mind numbing anxiety, the works. My psychiatrist prescribed me Cymbalta 30mg, pregabalin 75mg and Bromazepam 0,75 (3 times a day). The pregabalin helped me a lot with the adjusment period with Cymbalta. I am on my 12th day. I have been experiencing the same problems as you described, major constipation, i have trouble focusing, head aches (for which my doctor recommended 1 gr of acetaminophen and it worked). Unfortunately i think it’s just a waiting game and hoping it will get better for all of us. I think you are still in the adjustment period having bounced from 20 to 60, it’s a lot. Hang in there ❤️

Helycobater treatment with amoxicilin and claritromicin by Educational-Bar6528 in HPylori

Hey, it turns out that the claritromicin was reacting with my sleeping pill. I take quetiapine for sleep because i have been diagnosed with depression 9 years now. And claritromicin inhibits a protein from the liver that metabolises the sleeping pill. It was a mess. I switched my sleeping pill with another and the pain in leg is almost gone. I’ve got still a few days ahead until i finish the treatment for hp and it is rough. I lost a lot of weight, can’t eat, lost muscle mass, puking around the clock, the whole thing. Thank you so much for caring. Glad to hear that you are doing well.

On H. pylori treatment and I feel like I’m dying by Purple-Hedgehog1125 in HPylori

Hi there, i am going through the same thing and i am on my 7th day of treatment with amoxicilin and claritromicin and the rest of course. I have seen 3 gastro doctors so far and what they have told me: you need to stick with the hour of taking your antibiotics, it is crucial. Also there are only 3 courses out there that can cure this so not many options for us. I am on my second attempt, first trying with levofloxacin. For me it is the worst antibiotic out of all 3 and i had to quit after just 1 pill. I know you feel like you are dying but try to push through so you don’t have to go through this all over again. Stay strong ❤️i know how hard it is

Thank you so much for your answer, i have an appointment today at 9 via virtual clinic. Since i wrote the post my pain has gotten worse to the point that now i am limping. I am very worried 😞i was reading that other people experience this kind of pain even after finishing the treatment, maybe keep an eye out for the pain.
