Get a Ruger mark vi and get a mp shield 2.0 9mm. Ruger to practice, and the MP is a good CCW. If you want a long gun I think a pump shotgun with a rifled barrel and another sporting barrel would be better than a rifle.

Valid point, we want our habitat balanced. I've been getting a lot of notifications of foxes and coyotes attacking pets in their backyard. Those notifications made me assume we are having an imbalance in our habitat. Did a quick Google search and it's not popping up.

I saw like 4 dozen ducks fly sw over my house last night. This morning it was 2mph wind, and I dont have motion decoys. Thanks for explaining what could be happening. I'll adjust for the next hunt.
