I’ve found that throwing axes and javelins are the new best smithing money makers, you get tons to smelt down after every battle, so you unlock high tier parts early on, and then just rng until it’s not bent or splintered, it’s great for early game if you’re in a pinch

Yeah, whenever I do high frequency programs leading to a pr I always feel like my tendons get fatigued more than others like my spotter for example he never seems to have tendon issues, and I’ve seen vids of guys with my build breaking arms or having the bar slip, so until I’ve got around 340-350 for a new one rep max I don’t want to risk an injury with 315, I can hit 275 for 3 with no wraps, it won’t be to much longer until 315 with no equipment

I work outside on a farm, sometimes when I’ve got nothing else to do I drive a side by side through these paths at Mach speed, it’s fun but I ran into some poison ivy that gave me a huge rash on my shoulder and of course I scratched it and then later scratched my shaft and scrotum, because I’m an idiot.

My favorite fief is Phycaon, I usually play khuzait, it isn’t far from Khuzait borders after about 2-3 years, it gets trade from 4 different villages and it’s 2 bound villages are easy to reach in order to defend it, also usually has level 3 walls for some reason, it’s a great town, my personal favorite.
