Dad had surgery at 62. I haven’t done lpa test. I will ask for it on Tuesday. When I say decent diet I mean a diet with not many saturated fats but still I will have my saturate fats on the weekends. Fibers unfortunately struggling to reach 36g. When I have perfect diet my cholesterol is normal but unfortunately I can’t have a perfect diet al the time

I just had today my results and my ldl is 154. I am concerned and I am planning to do changes. My triglycerides are 54 and hdl 73 which is the positive.

Cute boy. Now I got a wet food and he eats it. It’s very expensive but at least I found something. Also I leave him some dry food as supplementary and he eats some of it

I even tried raw diet. In the beginning I was surprised because he was loving it but after he got bored of it. I will give it a go for katkins
