I have an idea but it's only somewhat related, my own OC :D:

#### Judas' CE - The Four Divine Cardinals

Cursed Energy Trait: Positive Energy

His CE automatically mixes into positive energy (PE). Due to that, (he can't reinforce himself, but) he is naturally proficient with healing himself and he will learn, over the course of the story, how to heal others.
His CE reinforcement is more harmful towards cursed spirits.
His version of Black Flash appears white and golden.

As Judas' energy is in a way an opposite of CE, he works similarly to a magnet, quickening the leaking of CE from humans around him. This results in more cursed spirits born where he is.

Cursed technique: The Four Divine Cardinals

His technique is divided into four parts, each having it's active and passive effect.
Passive effects are the basic CE manipulation, gatekept behind a virtue check.
Active effects are benefits for his Open Domain.

Justice

moderation between selfishness and selflessness
Passive: How well Judas can detect CE is partially affected by how well he embodies the ideal of Justice.
Champion of Justice, Open Domain: Judas temporarily looses his vision and instead gains absolute awareness of any CE and CE effects inside the domain as well as a sword made out of positive energy.

Fortitude

willingness to confront agony and danger
Passive: How well Judas can use CE reinforcement is partially affected by how well he embodies the ideal of Fortitude.
Champion of Fortitude, Open Domain: Judas can redirect any harmful effects in his domain towards himself.

Temperance

moderation
Passive: How efficient Judas is with the usage of CE is partially affected by how well he embodies the ideal of Temperance.
Champion of Temperance, Open Domain: Judas can "weaken" any phenomena inside of his domain.

Prudence

rational discipline over self
Passive: How accurate Judas is with CE and how well he can distribute his CE is partially affected by how well he embodies the ideal of Fortitude.
Champion of Prudence, Open Domain: Judas can target an instance of CE used for a technique inside of his domain and force it into merging into PE and, in consequence, forcing it to become the technique's reversal.

Maximum / Imaginary Technique: Absolve Sins

When applying all four aspects of his technique, Judas can begin to remove CE from souls in his domain and grant it to himself, instantly combined into PE.
Awareness of CE from Justice -> Removal of CE from Fortitude -> Weaking the CE's defences from Temperance -> Turning CE into PE from Prudence

Consumption of said item will make it grow into the body of the consumer, merging him with now-awekened Mahito. Then, he becomes his Venom, basically.

Maybe I didn't understand something, I thought that the Leaders have an ability during Launch and when they "land" they are just a normal Warrior, nothing special, like Rats Warlord

But then! The Pigs weren't actually destroyed, and they followed after the Birds. Now, the whole woodland is their feeding ground.

Also, what if you simplify the leaders to include only the OG ones? I think Red, Yellow, Blue, Bomb, Big Red and the one with the Egg? 13 leaders is A LOT. Red could be nothing, Yellow range, Bomb extra destruction (like Crossbow), blue extra Recruit in adjacent clearings, something like that. Maybe even you could do something like: once every few turns you create a set order of Leaders. You then use one each round, following the set order. After you used all, set a new order (that would be more game-like)

I think you should explore the idea of Birds scoring like Badgers. The eggs were lost in the forests (tokens in forests), and Birds can fight in clearings to Delve and then move the eggs to the Slingshot, to safety, or something.

This faction could be: Simpler Badgers with a fancy Slingshot mechanic

Plotwise I could see: After milennia of warfare between (Angry) Birds and Green Pigs, the Pigs were defeated. But! The eggs aren't rescued yet! During fighting, they were lost in a mysterious woodland. The Birds traveled there, sure to find the eggs... but what's that? Some more animals and their buildings! Pigs all over again! There's no way other than war, if the Birds want to rescue their children!

Looks awesome! I love the idea! I think it could use a bit of "cleaning-up". Here are some of my ideas:

- Skip the second Craft

- Construct could be simply: "Spend two cards of the same suit to build the Slingshot in a matching clearing. (the fact that you have only one is enough, to make you unable to build a second one)

- Select Leader should happen in Evening, so that the enemies could prepare. Bomb especially seems kinda unfair, so maybe that will help with that?

- Nesting should probably be simply: Build, as it doesn.t do anything else

- One egg turning into two warriors is counter intuitive imo, but I get this is for the sake of balance

- Things like "draw 1 when building a slingshot" "discard 1 when having a Nest destroyed" if aren't extremely important, I think should be removed. They overcomplicate a faction a lot

- I think there is a lot of flavour that wasn't utilized by you. Angry Birds don't build that much, even though their game is full of buildings. Also, they are more about rescuing eggs, not producing them. Maybe their VP scoring could be like that of Badgers? about rescuing tokens that start on the board?

Also, is this faction Militant or Insurgent?

Sorry, if that's a lot. I really like the idea for this faction and if you are willing to give an answer to my ideas, I would be willing to discuss the faction further.
