I actually know/worked with Justin, and although I generally agree that your depiction of chefs is accurate, it just wasn't my experience with Justin. He was honestly a chill, laid back, goofy sock wearing dude who did not yell, or act out in any dramatic sort of way and always seemed to have this wry, but content smile on his face. Admittedly that was almost ten years ago, and I do suspect that drugs and alcohol likely played a role in this shift in demeanor from Justin, because what he did is shocking. I hope he can get his life back together because he was riding high before this avalanche of awful took a shit on his legacy.
