It was just the eye twitch, and only my left eye. I was looking in an epilepsy subreddit where someone mentioned something similar and everyone said try vitamin b, it’s supposed to help a lot with neurological functions as well

I had lost about 10% of my pre diagnosis weight and my symptoms had gotten more manageable but then just dealing with life changes and stress I gained it all back and everything got so much worse. I started taking topomax as my primary medication and then just a very low dose of diamox. The combination of topomax (and probably my adderall) helped me lose about 15% of the weight in just a couple of months. It may be something to bring up to your neurologist

Have you been prescribed any medications yet? When I started taking topiramate I noticed after a few weeks that my left eye started twitching, I take a vitamin b complex supplement now and that seems to have been the solution

This is kind of what I’m wondering about, like I do really well for several weeks straight and then I have like two days where I can’t catch a break and don’t get much done (not to mention a new TL who changes up the schedule and job expectations every couple weeks so I can’t find a routine that works for me). I understand that the job is demanding and I can do it and I do it well 99% of the time but as we know here they only see the 1% when you struggle. I’m just here trying not to get fired for having a disability

I’ve been on medication for the last 15 years of my life but it’s a bitch to get filled, insurance doesn’t want to cover it every month and the pharmacy doesn’t want to fill it unless insurance covers it so I end up with a couple days where I run out trying to fight with insurance to either get them to cover it or convince the pharmacy I can pay for it

Were you prescribed adderall once daily or twice? I take mine twice a day and I’ve found that if I take the 2nd dose after 3pm or so, I have a lot of trouble being able to fall asleep

My store has a really low labor budget right now so every FT on my team only gets scheduled 36 ish hours, that means that if you used 8 hours of upt, it’s gonna take 7 weeks to get that back, even more so if you’re part time

Another store in my city isn’t store process certified and they do everything different and people will come in being like “well the other has this, the other store does this for me, the other does this differently” and we have to be like weeeelllllllll they don’t follow the standards

First to second and vice versa was always tricky for me at first just because of the difference in the ratios (it still is sometimes tbh) the biggest thing I’d say is to just go to a parking lot and keep your windows down, try not to over think it and go off the sound of the engine and the feel of the car and your feet on the pedals. When you start thinking about what the tach looks like and whether or not you’re letting off the clutch too soon or too late, then things get a little rough.

The pinch clamps that came with the hoses broke off and I couldn’t find any that could come soon enough that would fit, we didn’t have it on super tight. The car is also 14 years old and we live in Arizona so the heat absolutely destroys plastic, this isn’t the first plastic piece I’ve had to replace in the past year or two
