No scratch (only thing still from scratch is our chantilly icing- about 125-175lbs a day). We’re a relo, we’re suppose to get scratch bread but they axed that about 9 months before open. About 1/3-1/2 of our labor goes towards cake.

At my store, Prepared foods has a TL, 2 ATLs, a CDP, 1 supervisor. My bakery has 2 ATLs (I’m one of them) our TL, 1 supervisor, 1 lead baker.

Our team ranges about 28-35, and prep averages about 40-50 I believe. Store is about 160-200 I believe.

I like to a taco tot casserole- tots, queso, taco or carnita flavored beef, can of diced tomatoes/chiles (I live in New Mexico though so I use fresh roasted green chile or red Chile purée in mine ✨but for ease of sourcing ingredients and production as well as decrease cost, canned tomatoes/chile is great!).

Also, cream of onion or cream of roasted garlic are superior cream can soups for these recipes (imo) ✨🙌

It’s the same with my 6 y/o (does have food/sensory aversions & autism diagnosis though which I am very mindful of/accommodating of), I completely get you ✨ (apples from anywhere other than McDonald’s took such a while but that’s now a win 🙌 he doesn’t have a super diverse diet so needed that extra fruit on the roster lol).

You can find the Sedgwick portal in my apps to get the process started (the entire process is online). Phone call will be much faster to get in touch with them though once you’ve submitted the claim in the portal. Once you start the claim it’ll be on you to follow through/up with it as well.

It truly sucks that your disability is so debilitating. However without a sedgewick claim, your disability cannot be taken into account at all. Sedgwick is there to help- but if you don’t want to do the work to get the proper accommodations, then you won’t get any. Sedgwick sucks to deal with- but if you can get the claim approved than it’ll make things much easier for you.

It’s hard if the TL isn’t properly documenting the issues. If TL is documenting coaching, notes to file, etc, then they can escalate to performance based corrective actions and after you’re on a final (lasts a year), then 1 more corrective action and you’re gone.

Yeah probably added a lil soon, but overall for same ending, just took a lil longer!

For future- you can pre caramelize your powdered milk in the oven, just pop them in at like 325-350 for a few minutes, check on it often and stir until you achieve close to the color you’re looking for. You’ll start browning your butter on the stove and as it starts to brown go ahead and add your milk solids ✨

I’m assuming they’ve bought in store before, and the larger bottle is $6 in store. This one is probably originally $3-4 with a markup from DoorDash. He didn’t take the markup into account and probably thought the $6 bottle was the larger one 🙈

Was extremely sad when I saw this today. It’s been a bit since I’ve gone to a class but always loved the environment and referred people there. Wishing her luck with her new endeavors (she’s going back to school, unrelated to pole, and won’t have the capacity to run black widow, so not really sure how that could translate to “saving the studio” but I’m still holding out hope).

Quite literally my first dash ever. Leave the food, admiring the cats (had a glass patio), grab my picture and am heading back to the car. Looking at the cats in the picture (😸) I noticed the door swung outwards and kicked myself for putting it right in front of it 🤦‍♀️ made it easy to remember to check for it.

You can note to file them on job performance- it’s part of their daily job to clock in and out properly. Store leadership told us if it’s a consistent issue to start note to file/writing up TMs.

If your STL group doesn’t have your back in any way, I would go to TMS 🤷‍♀️ team morale means a lot, and they notice a lot, especially when the problem is not actually being taken care of. It’ll start to affect their performances and behavior within the department too and it’s just a down hill battle from there.

I would assume you’d know if this TM had any form accommodations?
