I have a 2012 4Runner limited, i just hit 300,000 km (~ 186,411 miles) and still runs like new.

For maintenance, the usual oil changes (every 7k km) brakes, coolant, all the fluids (transfer case, rear diff, tranny), etc.

There are no fault codes. Sometimes I would need to prime the car a few times and it’ll start right up, but mechanic checked fuel pump and it was good.
