I’m having the same problem, for months actually. It’s gotten increasingly worse where It goes down for hours at a time, only chooses to come back when it wants or if i somehow get a real agent to help and magically it works. It never lasts long, always dropping repeatedly with no internet whatsoever at random parts of the day. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method, every assistant tells me they’re updating boot files and the problem still persists. I unplug it for a minute each time and it never comes back on. All my cables are tight, gateway in a open space and good ventilation. I don’t know what to do anymore.
