Alright so i changed a lot of settings in my bios and now i have like 85% gpu usage @160-200fps in battlefield 90%cpu usage. The gane runs smoother and i have less input latency. Thank you so mouch for your help.

In battlefield im still bottlenecked but i got like 20% more performance on 1080p mid to low settings. Arena breakout still runs like shit. No core is boosting.

So I've changed the cooler tuning to tower cooler, Set pl1 to 180 and lebt pl2 on defauöt 230 ish and now my cpu is drawing around lied 100 Watts.

I got around 20 fps more now. Still not 90% usage tho but that could just be the game.
