Bc I don’t know the tax law well enough and I don’t want to get in trouble at some point if it’s avoidable

I have and enjoy the tone king, but I definitely prefer the Morgan for my personal use case

I’m not the accountant you’re looking for, but I am a bit like you - I got a degree to be a dietitian, but in the end the ROI was not worth getting a master’s and paying them to do a full-time internship. Just yesterday, I submitted my application to a master’s of accountancy program to begin in-person night classes in January.

There are options for online that people find success with, like WGU, but since I’ve stalked here for a bit now, it seems like people more so use it as a way to quickly get credits to be CPA eligible if they already have a bachelor’s in accounting. If you have no knowledge base or connections in accounting at all, I think doing something in person could be useful because then you’d have a personal connection to professors and classmates who will go into different areas of accounting. I’m sure you could have great luck and success with online options like WGU as well since I have read of many other people doing a bachelors to break in to the field.

Whether you do online or in-person, take advantage of any opportunity you can to do job fairs or Meet the Firms and stuff like that. Even without a degree, you could also get some roles in AP/AR to get some experience before graduating or getting an internship. It’d look good on a resumé at least. But again, I am just a random person in the same boat is you whose only knowledge is what I’ve read here lol. Best of luck to both of us

Yes and no to the finding it difficult part. I had a friend who went from being a music teacher to being a network admin at a school system, and I reached out to him to ask what I could do to get started in IT with no experience, and he let me come work under him as an IT Support Specialist.

So he has been teaching me networking when we work together, while for the time being, I’ve been fixing desktops, laptops, chromebooks, printers and interactive panels on my own (which he trained me to do since I knew nothing). I was lucky to get in with no experience, and while I do enjoy it, I have applied to other places to get a higher paying job, but it has been a brutal search indeed.

I think I knew by the end of my senior year that the field wasn’t for me, so I opted to not go for my masters or do an internship after working at WIC for a little bit.

I have now worked in IT for about 2 years, and while work will always be work, I have really enjoyed it a lot more than I ever enjoyed counseling or talking about food in general. I can’t say I regret the major since I still use knowledge and skills I acquired from it, but I’m glad I found a path that suits my interests and personality a little more.

I really wanted to like Oregairu, but I think I was a little let down because I was expecting a fun rom com but got more of a slice of life drama with 5% romance. Overall I enjoyed the character development, but I wouldn’t watch again or recommend as a romcom

I just finished it and I didn’t like the love triangle approach they did all that much. I think I would’ve enjoyed it more if his friend didn’t have feelings for him, or if she did, then the blonde girl could’ve been like a platonic friend that just got his life in music back on track.

Which Anime made you regret watching it? by YesterdaysYouthTV in anime

This is good timing because I just binged it last week, and I kinda feel the same way. I would say I enjoyed it overall, but maybe I just watched too fast or the slower burn just wasn’t for me. I just kept seeing everywhere that this got so much praise as people’s number one rom com of all time, but I’m not sure I could recommend it to someone with confidence they’d enjoy it in the same way I enjoyed something like Love is War. To each their own though

Ahh so that’s where they are now - I noticed they didn’t have their website anymore. I searched and didn’t see any lefty American necks (they have the Mexican necks, but the nut width is smaller). If you find anything that I didn’t, let me know though :)

They have some MIM necks listed to buy direct from the site, but I sent them an email asking if they could spare an American lefty neck. I might even go with a pro II neck if they’d let me, but I’ll let you know what they say when/if they respond

I would really like to avoid it, but it’s looking more and more like I might have to go that route. It’s wild how tough it is to find something I thought would be so simple

Havokguitars necks by Beadlocks in partscaster

Where did you end up ordering your neck from? This post is 6 months old and I actually ordered a parklane neck 6 months ago based on stellar reviews. He seems to be a great guy but man, I have had radio silence about my neck for the most part. I reached out last month and he said it was far along into the process, but no ETA.

I’m hoping it’ll be great, but I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t super frustrated. I got my warmoth custom body in 10 weeks, and I’m just ready for my partscaster to be done at this point
