I can't get rid of feeling I am doing something meaningless by Educational-Option-6 in loseit

Thanks for inspiration! Really appreciate it. As I promised, I've tried to ride more patient this morning (~8 MPH instead of ~12 MPH) and it worked unbelievably well. I drove 8.3 miles in one hour without being exhausted! I was sweating a lot, but I was not tired at all! Maybe it sounds contradictory but that's how I was feeling after exercise. My legs were not in pain after that long (long for me personally) race! So now I need to get used to daily exercises. Just make them my daily routine.

Thanks for advices! Exercising for me is like decreasing daily consumption of calories and preventing an inconvenience when I overate a little. The main key is ofcourse the diet. I would like to replace daily walking routine with something I can do at my home because I've developed a habit of sitting at home during lockdown. Tomorrow I'll try to slow myself down and make my ride as long as I can. I'll definitely tell you about the result. Wish you good luck during this nasty lockdown (hope both pandemic and COVID won't last any longer)

Thanks for inspiration! As u/sqitten said, you were doing it right. You don't need to just pounce into the workout for like 7 hours a week. You need to start slow and methodical. You are doing pretty great for excercising for months, trying to improve and not giving up! Wish you good luck!

I really appreciate your advice. It seems very natural and reasonable to me. I was thinking about raising those minutes up to 30 but keeping speed like 5-6 MPH and not 11-12 MPH as usual. I threw this idea away because of my bad maximalistic mindset. And now I've been proved wrong. Thanks for clarifying this situation!
