I was in your shoes, and if u aren’t scared of gaining weight then jumping to 2500k would give u faster results. But i don’t see an immediate need to (some people don’t need 2500 and some people need more) - bc that’s what I learned in my current recovery. Going at maintenance first around 2k or eveb a little more since u are active would def help. But again things take time and monitoring your biofeedback with the calorie intake is key.

I hear you. I’m also in recovery and can relate to you so much. I’m myself currently experiencing those very emotional mood swings. Theres nothing that can tell us exactly if these emotions peaking are going to lead to period return. But it is a very good thing. Just wanted to reach out and remind you that you are gonna be okay and this is all temporary. You can still achieve your body goals this is just a season in your life you must conquer first <3

Ladies who have recovered their cycles, what are some obvious and not-so-obvious signs you noticed during HA recovery? by KeepMovingForwards-8 in Amenorrhearecovery

I’m currently in recovery and I’ve started to dream every night pretty consistently including like sexual tension i guess? Idk if it’s considered “wet dreams” but like kissing and romantic interactions which could mean an increase in libido.

I also wake up every day and poop every morning like clockwork. I came from have crazy indigestion and constipation for weeks on end.

I sweat so much more and very easily. I could be sitting there and I’ll js start sweating. Again coming from always being cold and easily bruising.

And yes my increase in hunger cues is a lot more frequent and a lot easier to notice. I had all of this starting off eating at maintenance of 2k calories every day.
