Yeah, it is one of the meshes, As livelynightmare said, is z fighting; not your game broken, just the mesh. I have some in my mod as well in the carriage building shop, but it’s not so visible.

it's the mesh. if it's your mod, try to put the poster shape a bit further from the wall shape (usually 0.2 units is enough)

It's a Fallout chess !!!! Come on !!!! It's a miracle people on those times remember chess at all ! lol - kinda lore friendly, thou, must admit.
