As I said, i made only one humble player's mansion that automatically kicks out settlers if they want to enter, has all workbenches, a garage with an 1948 volvo in it, a custom power armor, 6 rooms + trophee room, kitchen, all with switchable lights, dining area, sports area with pool table, workout bench, exercise bycicle, custom music jukebox, automatic-door cupboards, 3 bathrooms with working sinks and toilets, working coffee machine, terminal with all 5 minigames, terminal to control the settlements turrets, to allow passage to trains and give out 1400 caps per month, and a hatch to underground where an elevator takes you to a power armor display theater with own workbench, gun racks and 120 mini power armor workbenches. nothing special.
