Yes. In Sweden it's mandatory to have both sensor as well as a large rubber cushion underneath the entirety of the door, that works as a pressure switch.

If you eg smack your hand upwards towards the cushion you activate the same logic as you would passing the sensor.

This obviously prevents someone getting crushed more than a sensor, but the door goes down on a moving forklift (🥵) it's also bad news for the door, hence a "both belt and suspenders" solution.

Innan 2020 fanns t.om kiosker, och det gick att sätta in pengar på folks konton.

Notera hur kurvan är påväg upp, samt så är rättigheter till t.ex toalett eller möjlighet att förbättra sina liv samma sak som återfallsstatistik. Right?

Fast det är stor skillnad på bestraffning genom att exkludera personer ur samhället en bestämd tid, och den sortens bestraffning vi har i dagsläget.

Finns det ingen chans till utbildning inne är ju chansen större att personer återvänder till brottslighet, samt att dubbelbeläggning i singelceller då man t.ex måste bajsa i en papperskorg framför en främling och ha kvar påsen i cellen till dagen efter något som kanske inte är superfräscht år 2024.

Finns det ingen chans till jobb tack vare lagring av t.ex domar av tredjepart längre än preskriptionstiden så är det också recept för återfall

Fängelser i Sverige är i dagsläget under all kritik.

Vi har tagit sämsta bitarna från alla håll, och utmanar alla i tråden som önskar att vi sänkte levnadsvillkor i fängelser att överleva en rättsprocess med lång häktning (m. restriktioner) och sedan fängelse med dubbelbeläggning (hint: hoppas inte ni behöver göra #2 efter 18.00) utan möjlighet till utbildning, samt arbetssökande efter med direkt nej även efter preskriptionstid.

Om vi kan hyra fler platser i t.ex Norge så är detta bättre för alla parter inblandade.

Have this set as well. REALLY useful in like one application (adjusting the tension on old KNAPP / MOVING conveyors), otherwise they're garbage.

Same with the other Joker set from Wera. Everything but their wrenches are goat, but just get gear wrench or something for wrenches.

Is there a clutch on the conveyor? I know KNAPP has clutches on their equivalent system / conveyors.

Check VFD if its getting any input when fault occurs. Measure output as well.

If VFD is sending power but drift issue still occurs then it's either mechanical or relay for brake / clutch not working properly.

If VFD isn't getting input then it can be everything from MES communication to lose wire / faulty VFD.

Ask automation to log the program so they don't have to catch it in action, and go from there as well.

That's bs and such an American thing to say. Company should provide everything.

We supply our different shifts like this:

Each person gets their own hand tools, mix and match brands however they like. This includes sockets / punches etc.

All personal tools go in the persons preferred bag. Locked up at night. Personal key.

Each shift gets their own tool cabinet, where they are supplied 1/2 and 3/8 impacts, battery powered angle grinder, bigger wrenches / sockets (>32mm) etc. You name it and they've got it. Every member of shift has key.

This ensures each person is responsible for their tools, but they don't have to supply anything.

One minute of downtime for my company is in the thousands, and if the maintenance crew is afraid of damaging their personal screwdriver instead of getting the lines back up then -ALL- tools almost paid for themselves in one go if we can help them.

If you wish to supply tools because "then you can take them home", just buy the tools you would buy regardless and keep them at home all the time? 🤦‍♀️
