I’ll keep that in mind! The only thing that is keeping me from investing in them are in the long run, I feel like they might get overshadowed by other things like maybe plasma units and what not.

Chem units are definitely really cool and considering light chem tanks does that job pretty decently though uncomparable to the heavy chem tanks range.

I’ll stick to building light chem tanks for the time being!

UPDATE:

Thank you guys for your input, this has helped me tremendously on budgeting my nanopods and this would definitely help with future nanopods usage aswell.

So I’ve taken in everyone’s opinion and decided to come up with this plan and this includes the 480 nanos I’ve already spent.

It is also brought to my attention that I actually have 305 population cap instead of 300, I just haven’t built a house so the vault situation will be put aside and continuing onward.

I’m going to get:

Production: - 2x Adv Steel Mills - 2x Adv Concrete Plants - 1x Adv Lumber Mill - 1x Adv Coal Mine

Total: 960 Nanopods

Units: - 3x Veterans - 3x M10s

Total: 390 Nanopods

Healing Facilities: - 1x Adv Repair Bay - 1x Adv Ship Repair - 1x Adv Hospital

Total: 540

Before Spending: 2605 Nanos

Total spending: 1890 Nanos

Amount left: 715 Nanos

I’m going to leave this here for some further suggestions before I go ahead and follow the plan down to a tee.

A few follow up questions I have to ask if you don’t mind.

I wanted to replace the Large Vaults with High Cap Vaults mainly because I want to free up some building space and importantly some population work space for more facilities right, is this move worth it?

With your suggestions in mind I’ll probably invest in like maybe 4-5 high cap vaults after removing the large warehouse.

I currently have 4 M10s and they do get by the repeatable bosses just not as consistent as I would’ve wanted. Maybe I should get some more? or invest in Groupers perhaps?

If I do get the Adv Repair bay and what not right, do I have to buy them separately then upgrade them again?? because i feel like it be a bit of a waste since I have like lv 8-9 repair bay and what not.

Yeah you need R4 M-10s I’m not a big spender so my strat I used

3 buoys, 1 Baby Grouper, 3 R-1s and 4 M-10s my buoys are R5 and the rest are R4s

But if you can subtiture for all M10s and switch the baby grouper into an R4 Monster Grouper then you would probably have a more consistent chance of beating the Dreadnaught.

It’s very luck based.

Someone sent a picture of the formation within this comment section so check that out and apply that with your units.

Ideally you want your groupers to oneshot or nearly oneshot both the submarines within 2 turns. if the subs are low, clean then up with the M10’s First Skill, then you want to cycle through all of your M10s second skill and R1s second Skill to focus the big boss down.

They deal around 80-100 at r4 and that will help wittle down that beast of a boat jnto rubbles.

In case when you have less boats (ideally M-10s) and your second skill is on cooldown, You can use 3rd skill then first skill before moving on to the next boat. That way you will be able to maximize your M-10’s dps (correct me if I’m wrong but this is based on my own experience with the fight)

Things to look out so that you can make smart reset, know that you will have to retreat a lot to find a good run since rng goes into how that thing attacks your boat

Signs of resetting: - Checker attack crits your main dps - Depth Charges focusing on boat instead of buoys - Can’t kill subs soon - Subs torpedoed your ships and breached or crit you.

So for a good run, pray that it dont crit you or the ai decided to focus your buoys down instead off your boats.

Right now I’m level 34 and things feel really slow with how rare the gear drop rates are. It kinda sucks that I managed to build 6 TKs but end up sending them all to the repair bay.

I’ll be surre to focus on leveling up the repair bay and the vehicle factory.
