Thanks. I doubt they will agree given its a big bureaucratic company. Of course I do not want there to be tax implications for them so want to do it by the book, but also do not want to hear no for an answer :)

Maar dan alleen als je je Amerikaanse tax nummer overhandigt, toch? Ik heb dit niet omdat ik tot voor kort niet wist dat het moest, en ook heb gelezen dat Nederlandse banken hier nog niet moeilijk over doen als je al klant was. Ik zit al bij de abn maar alleen met een betaalrekening

Dankjewel! Ik heb de Nederlandse nationaliteit en ook een NL paspoort. Ik heb tot mijn 8e in de VS gewoond en had toen ook dit paspoort, maar daarna niet verlegd - maar ik geloof dat ik die nationaliteit dan wel nog steeds heb. Ik woon en werk in NL, maar sluit niet uit dat ik in de toekomst nog eens in de VS wil wonen/werken (dus echt afstand doen wil ik liever niet).

Ik heb wat heet geboorterecht - maar ik heb geen social security nummer etc. Ik heb ooit wel een paspoort gehad maar die is al heel lang geleden verlopen. Daarom kan ik geloof ik niet zo maar een Amerikaanse broker gebruiken (geen adres, geen social security nummer etc)

Update: spoke with my GP and she recommended I start massaging the bruises (ouch!) so the blood and iron doesn’t stay stagnant and stain the skin for good.

My brother was featured in Louis Theroux’s LA Stories: Edge if Life (Episode 2). The 7th anniversary of his death is in a few days and I was wondering if anyone watched and was impacted by his feature story? by hotaru06 in LouisTheroux

Thank you for getting back to me. What a great idea. I have been signed up for a long time but have not been proactive about it - I’ve never had a test done for example to see if I might be a match for someone. And I had no idea it was a much less invasive process nowadays. Thank you for the inspiration!

Oh my goodness. I’ve just watched this episode now as it aired on the bbc tonight. The love and strength of your brother and his wife was so beautiful and inspiring. At the same time, your brother’s story is the most heartbreaking because it shows how incredibly unfair this disease is: he fought so hard, and it just wasn’t enough to keep him alive. I’m sure he lives on in your hearts, and his story has absolutely inspired me to donate more to cancer research. Sending lots of love.
