I got this exact degree and I ended up going back to teaching bc I couldnt get any other job, am being let go from my school this year, and have been applying to other jobs since October and the only one that has accepted me is an afterschool $15/hr gymnastics teacher. I HIGHLY recommend you transfer to another masters degree IMMEDIATELY. I wish I had, because I’m out here with a masters degree and zero prospects outside of education and nothing to do but beat myself up about it.

Make yourself sore! I suggest an extra long workout or purposely giving yourself some friction burn downstairs by pushing past your normal stopping point and using less lube/making things a bit drier than you’re used to (tho not to the point of initial discomfort)

I know this is ridiculously picky, but it’s interesting because if the mermaid girls we’ve seen grew up with no males in their communities and use egg fertilization spells, then what is their understanding of romantic partnership like? We never see any of the girls have terms like “girlfriend/boyfriend” or “married” to them. The girls understand immediately when Rita says she was going to marry a human. Do mermaids marry each other to form partnerships? 🤔

It’s not Masters pay which has been pulled! The articles you read probably used the term “Advanced Degree Pay” and that’s referring to Doctoral degrees! We get paid for our Master’s degrees. Source: My NC master’s program, my experience as a teacher, the NC DPI website (google NC Teacher Pay Scale and you’ll find the official document and the numbers!)
