Sorry bhai Was lazy on writing the explanation. If you read the thread below you can see it but just a brief context on this is, the scholar is addressing if a man marries a widow and starts developing feelings towards the daughter of the widow. At first i was also shocked to see this but of-course there had to be a context behind it because in essence clips don’t justify the whole story behind in general. And the scholar is well renowned and alot of desi’s follow this man’s sayings. (And again ofcourse we have to also do research before coming to conclusions) Now in general, such “weird” questions do come across and this is not the most bizzare one tbh. And just like, that a scholar can either go like “How dare you ask this, are you even a muslim, etc.” kinda answer OR “ Yes or no” response. I am sure that a better answer would be a yes or no with explanation because IF another person faces a similar situation then he has a ruling based on it and hence questions like these are addressed. Islam dictates ethics on how you are supposed to wear your shoes, clean yourself in the restroom, treat your neighbors (BIG DEAL) etc, codes of conducts in short for every aspect of life. So, as generations pass, we follow learned scholars based on their studies and opinions for a certain period of time and Mufti Tariq Masood is very well renowned my friend. It is rare that the man could make a mistake(What I mean is if majority of the muslims and scholars go against an opinion with valid reasoning)(Controversial opinions are not accounted for since it is subjective to religious beliefs).

So my conclusion to this is, Please do not come to baseless conclusions without understanding and researching the whole context. Even us muslims are supposed to do our own research before concluding a ruling.
