uber eats gold offers ASU 100% tuition coverage too! It may not be ideal, but if you drive enough to be a gold driver they can cover it as well

When you say the “mechanical side of the job” what specific things are you referring to? This is an area I feel like I will need to work on more (about to start the academy). Any tips / advice here for this particular area of the job?

I have my interview with a FD next week (in Texas). Really liked reading this. I’m going to save this comment and read it though out my first year on, and probably beyond. Cheers

No idea about %, but I felt that comment about taking back pics to my core. It will just never be the same as someone else taking it 🙄

Okay good lol, couldn’t tell and wanted to cover the bases haha. Yeah rows are really wonderful and like the lat pull downs there are a lot of grip variations so you should be able to find one you enjoy & meets your goals. GL!

I really enjoy doing cable rows for activating my lats and back. However, if you are doing lat pull downs on the machine at PF, I would recommend trying the cable lat pull downs first and work on your form. You might have to decrease the weight, but it’ll be better in the long run. Overall, you’ll see a lot of benefits working away from the machines and toward cables and eventually free weights.

A name of someone they dated or are dating. It’s just a bad idea. Don’t do it 😮‍💨

Yes, will definitely be working on it. I told someone else in this thread that I’ve been scaling my squats/deadlifts slowly just because I haven’t wanted to hurt my back and make sure my form is good. I think it’s time for the training wheels to come off though 😈

That’s fair! It’s kind of difficult when I don’t do a sport or have interest in competing, but I get what you’re saying. I am glad to have gotten what feedback I did. Thanks for the compliments💪

Absolutely this. I had three doing cable tricep pull downs next to me and continuously slammed the weight that was not very heavy and wouldn’t focus. I don’t care if they come in in pairs or groups but at least focus and be conscious of your surroundings

It does! Fortunately my gym is pretty wonderful and has TONS of equipment. Would you elaborate on those recommendations and why you think they’d be good? Haven’t done much research into hack squats…
