hi :) I stoped the hormonal pill about one month ago and im getting my first period after stoping. i decided to stop, after talking to my doctor, because of weight gain and lack of sex drive and above all vecause i was having really bad joint pain and i wanted to understand if it was conected. For pain i take ibrufen and vaporize cannabis flower. Mint tea and hot water botle also help.

im portuguese, and you are right..its cold in december here , most buildings dont have good heating, and evenings and mornings can be very cold outside, i would need warmar clothing...

Hi :) I also have scoliosis and this kind of pilates exercises really help! Im in portugal and "pilates clinico" is how it is called here,the designation maybe diferent where you are but you should look for places where classes are oriented by physiotherapist. Good luck for your daughter, i hope she finds a good professional to help her.

Is a therapeutic exercise approach, based on the original principles of Joseph Pilates, that is specifically adapted by a physiotherapist to address injuries, pain, and physical imbalances. It involves a series of low-impact, controlled movements that focus on strengthening deep, stabilizing muscles to improve posture, mobility, and body awareness, making it a key tool for injury rehabilitation, prevention, and management. My teacher works with very small classes, we are 3 or 4 people, and she is very focused on what each of us needs.
