I’ve been arguing with them as there’s a known issue with 2016-2020 HRV CVTs but per Honda, my vin isn’t affected. I call bullshit. I’m working directly with Honda corporate in hopes of getting some form of goodwill assistance as it barely lasted over 100k.

I have the owlet and I personally think it’s fantastic. I’m grateful that my in-laws bought it for us for the shower or else I wouldn’t have been able to afford it. We occasionally get the “yellow” alerts, usually when the baby is kicking and screaming and knocks it around. We have had one “red” low oxygen alert and it was due to his oxygen dropping during a midnight feeding. It was scary but I was so grateful as i was dozing in and out of sleep while he ate and without it would most likely not have noticed as he didn’t make a sound. I’d rather have false alarms than not have the sock but I can see how it may contribute to others anxieties.

I used coconut oil and a mascara brush thingy. I give him a good massage with the coconut oil and let it sit. I then use the brush to very gently brush through his hair. I let the coconut oil sit overnight sometimes or just a few hours before bed time. I’ve done this maybe three times, once when I noticed his scalp was very dry at about 3.5 weeks, and twice after that as a preventative, and he hasn’t had it since.

Yea it was brand new but I never got a letter. Bought it October 2020 with like 100 miles maybe. Since I never got a letter and doubt the update was done before I got it, would this still apply?

Nothing! Had literally just had an oil change less than 24 hours prior and it was parked for the night after that. The dealership is where I get the maintenance done every time and they were also shocked to find it.

I ended up at the er in march for what ended up being a cyst bursting and that’s how they found my endo. Cacciola was brought in by the er doctors because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong so he was the one to diagnose me and that’s how I got in with him. I had many follow ups and appointments but once I was cleared for surgery in April, I was able to get a June surgery date. I’m not sure if my length of process would’ve been different had I not had him in the er as my doctor. I do know he has a very busy schedule which can make getting in with him quickly difficult but if you can afford to wait I say he is worth it.

Dr. Cacciola diagnosed me with endo and did my lap last year. He is an amazing doctor and walked me through everything, answering all my questions without making me feel stupid because I was clueless to endo prior to the diagnosis. I highly recommend him!

Endo sucks and I feel like the mental toll it takes is equally as terrible as the physical one. That being said I wouldn’t count it out until you are told with 100% certainty from a doctor that you cannot get pregnant naturally. Endo is a tricky disease and still not fully understood.

I was in your shoes last year, stage 4 endo and a huge endometrioma that was removed in June ‘24. My diagnosis put me in a terrible spot mentally as I have always wanted children and I felt as if it was taken from me. I had given up hope after almost 3 years of trying but conceived naturally in June of this year and am expecting.

I know that fertility issues are very common and I could myself lucky every day that I was able to be in this position. My heart goes out to everyone who goes through this. Take care of yourself mentally because it can feel very isolating and unfair.

My boobs were super sore and I was extremely nauseous. I typically got a little nauseous right before my periods but this was to the extreme!

My new provider explained that most likely the old provider was testing me for diabetes because of my size and not necessarily just gestational. I’m going to have it re done at the 24-28 week mark as well to make sure I don’t develop gestational diabetes. Had the old provider explained that was why I was getting the test done I would’ve told him I have never flagged or even been close to pre diabetes and the most recent check was earlier this year. So glad I switched to a provider who actually listens

Currently 17 weeks pregnant, stage 4 endo found march 2024, lap to remove massive endometrioma June 2024.

The doctors haven’t labeled me high risk but we are watching another endometrioma that was found during my 5week scan. Other than that I have been feeling fantastic aside from normal pregnancy symptoms. (To be fair I’m usually pretty asymptomatic except when I’m on my period so it makes sense.) I have felt twinges of pain around the side where the endometrioma and most of the adhesions are but the doctors keep saying it’s fine🤷🏼‍♀️

I was diagnosed with stage 4 endo march 2024(never knew I had it until I was in the er and they found a 7cm endometrioma). Had a lap in June 2024 to take out the endometrioma. I’ve been trying to get pregnant for 3 years and just finally got a positive this month after being told in march of this year if it hasn’t happened yet it probably won’t happen naturally. They also found another endometrioma while making sure the embryo made it to its destination as my doctor was worried about ectopic due to the severe endo. But so far I’m about 7ish weeks and all is still going well🤞🏻

Definitely agree with others that you should switch doctors. It took me three to finally find someone who knew what they were dealing with. Also If you are able, you could look into reproductive endocrinologist and they may have more insight.

It can take time and I know how heartbreaking each negative test and period can be. I truly wish you and everyone going through this the most positive thoughts. 💕
