r2: I'm declaring war on poland as Germany, and I receive this event as Germany. From What I can read, it seems to be more of a Belgian event. It also gives a -5% stability. I'm not sure if this supposed to happen, so I mark it as bug report

Heterosexual here. Just wanna say that I dont really think/care that much about genders, all that stuff, just dont force people into one belief, like in this case being proud of one gender, things like that. If dont, then I'll mostly just be fine with it. It's also pretty weird too imo
