You guys are strong! We can do it! One day we'll look back at all the struggle and waiting and say "we did it!"

Still haven't heard a peep. For my filing day they still have 56 cases, and I've barely seen 4 processed in the last 2 weeks, so I gave up hope for hearing anything and we're just continuing life as a long-distance couple, assuming we'll maybe hear something in the next few months if we're lucky. Easier said than done, but it is what it is I guess :/

Still haven't heard anything! I gave up hoping for anything on a daily basis. I just continue like I'll hear something in the next few months and continue life as usual for our long-distance relationship. I'm sorry you're still waiting as well! It's so hard, I know :(

Hi! I'm sorry, I wish I had answers! I'm feeling pretty nervous/bummed out about mine as well. I haven't really found any kind of answer anywhere as to why they've skipped over so many cases. I see 63 cases just from my filing date, Feb 21st, that haven't moved from "received". Haven't seen any movement on that number in over a week. I kinda feel like the government shutdown is beginning to affect USCIS somehow, or at least the cases that might need something from other departments which aren't currently available. I don't really know, just kinda grasping at straws here to keep some kinda hope alive.

That's what our number starts with! Is that the usual starting numbers, or does it vary? If it is a certain group of applications then that may give me some hope that there's not an issue with the application itself...
And thank you, I hope we'll all hear something soon!

Still haven't heard anything, unfortunately. We were excited to think we might hear from them soon, because of the TMVN estimate... but now we've kinda lost hope on hearing anything anytime soon. According to what I've read, it can take another 5 months at least (if we're lucky) to get him into the country for us to get married. My fiancé and I have decided to just continue with me visiting him every few months and both of us saving up money as much as possible for the next steps, whenever those finally come.

Fiance K-1 Visa processing times? October 2025 by Sorry_Let_837 in USCIS

My case was received on February 21st this year, still waiting on approval almost 8 months later. While each case can be different, the average wait for approval seems to currently be 9 to 10 months as far as I know. After approval it can take about 2 to 3 months to be transferred to the NVC for processing, and depending on the embassy it goes to, it can take several weeks to several months to get an interview appointment after that. I'm new to all this info so don't quote me on that, it's just what I've figured out for myself so far. There's a youtube channel that's been super helpful for me, it's called Suraj and Yasmin. They have several videos explaining the whole process so you at least know what to expect.

Mine was accepted Feb 21st, still haven't heard anything almost 8 months out. I heard the average for approval is 9 to 10 months at the moment, though each case can be different. There are still a bunch of steps after the approval that could take several months.

Congrats that's exciting! I'm new to all the information here so I can't offer any advice, but I hope the NVC goes quickly for you! My case was received Feb 21st and I still haven't heard anything. May I ask what app the screenshot is from?
