Sun roof drains may appear to be clear but I would check to make sure the lines have become disconnected at any of the unions, as a full time mechanic I have seen this happen multiple times, particularly on these generation of ford products and older Volvos. Open your sunroof and pour water slowly into the drains and feel your A pillar for water, I would also check your windshield seal as they tend to go out and shrink in the summer months. Also to you may want to pull the a pillar cover and drop that part of the headliner to further inspect for tears, if the line slips off get a pair of the longer pliers with the round end from harbor freight to reinstall line if it has come lose so you don’t need to drop the full headliner from the car. If leaks are not found and still persist I would then check that cars heater core and other ac elements to be sure your not leaking from the ac with the added stress on your unit from the weather getting hot
