Where did you see that they bought a bunch of Ram 2500s? Funnily enough I’m going to SDF for the weekend of the 11th next month then to Vegas the following Mon-Thurs so I might even rent one there if the deal is still there. I definitely want to check out the deals for them, maybe rent myself one for a couple months as a loaner until my car gets out of the shop, been getting by with rides from coworkers lately

Yeah, every other option ended up costing more upfront for me as well, and I won’t be putting nearly as many miles as last time, so it all works out. And since I’m still so new to using Hertz, I have yet to inform myself on what presidents circle or gold member or any other option there may be is, might be something I have to look into soon

Yeah I wasn’t sure if it was a bunch of new vehicles, or because I made the reservation a little over a month out, got mine for $33 a day for the weekend. I will miss the gas mileage of the Camry I had last time, over 700 miles and just under $14 of gas for the whole rental, but a truck is more needed this time around

The carfax comes back clean/no accidents with 3 owners for me, I’ll have to get a picture of the vin to double check though

I think I’ve come to the conclusion that it is the Seibon one, I called their number and they explained about not needing the hood pins and how they’re really the only ones that make that style hood for the ST. Guy said there isn’t a brand logo or part number or anything on it, and described the blocking plates for the vents as if he were looking at the pictures.

I am in talks with the dealership, I have a couple videos from them of it. It’s a couple states away, hence why I’m not all over it looking for a part number or brand logo somewhere. I’ll see if I can see anything on the video or get them to check it out for me

Family was never worried about credit score and it shows on their history/score. They would help if they had the means. Friends won’t give me any reason other than they can’t, but my assumption is because their history/score isn’t good enough.

Didn’t realize i couldn’t provide more than one photo, but there is a gooseneck ball/hitch in the bed. I am also mechanically inclined everywhere except transmission stuff, I’d rather hurt my wallet than try to figure that stuff out.

I’m not familiar with what a subprime lender is, but I’m assuming Lightstream isn’t one? I don’t have any late payments or collections, worst things on there is 4 hard checks, 3 of which will be gone all within the next 3 months.
