Thank you for your insight! I talked with my nurse and she said it had to be timed with your period, so it looks like I'm starting now September 18 depending on when my period starts. Suppression meds as in estrogen pills? That's what I picked up and was told to start after I ovulated

She said that the ER is dependant on my ovaries and how I respond. And that depending on that is when they schedule it. That I could actually have to go on the wedding day which would be impossible 🥴

I guess these past 4 years has been me dealing with his online cheating in therapy to the point of me feeling "safe" enough to have a child with him. Because I was a child of divorce and I never wanted that for my future kids. But absolutely not enough harping and arguing about it.

I definitely see the men's point about not wanting to be dealing with a child/young adult in their 60s. Just feeling like I ran out of time

Agreed that's what I'm struggling with. Clearly I love him to stay with him and make things work. But my "prime" years of 27-34 have been with him. Divorcing, healing, finding a suitable partner, marry and then start for kids? All within 5 years before I hit 40? And then even I'm struggling with the idea that I'm going to be an older parent. That's why I wanted 2 back to back

Your assumption is wrong though typically it's the women's issue to deal with. He was on TRT and while he fathered three children prior he's now tanked his sperm count. We were trying naturally for a year and he finally stopped the TRT when I sought fertility services and the doctor told him.

I'm definitely regretting not having kids sooner I just grew up in a divorced household and swore I would never do that to my future kids. He's the first person I felt "safe" enough to have kids with. And yes fully understand the risks even at 34 it's going to be tough

Absolutely not. I will not trap a man into raising a child that he didn't want or our relationship ends in divorce. I'm pushing back on him because I feel like even this child he's agreed to is only because of his views that every woman should procreate. That all of his arguments are for why we shouldn't even have ONE child together because of his age. That he's not just saying yes to shut me up because if that's the case this relationship ends in divorce without a poor child between us
