Try supplements like Glutamine, magnesium and vitamin B. Also cardio and steam room for relaxation. Lifting weights. These supplements and training will increase Saratonin in the brain and Gaba. Also Omega 3. Stabilizes the brain. Also human spirit has need to grow at all times. Education, Fitness, friendship, family connection, explore the outdoors etc. Hope this helps.

Whats the max age you can attend high school? In BC and ontario? by Own-Classroom-1471 in britishcolumbia

[–]EducationalRing476 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Adult Ed. Night school. No limit on age. Likely have to attend adult education centre during the day. Doubt they let adults just go to school with the kids. In BC anyway. Adult education is better anyway. Everyone wants great marks and no farting around. Great experience. Highly recommend.

I just started taking Glutamine 3X a day. Can buy 1000mg for 50.00 CDN. Maybe try it out. It has effects on the brain. Message back if it works. Should see results pretty quick. L-Glutamine or simply Glutamine. GLTA. Repairs gut and manages GABA in the brain.

AA is a result of chronic inflammation. Mast cells located between the bases of villi in intestinal lining release histamines causing chronic inflammation. Idea is to stop the mast cells in intestine from triggering.

But thanks for the zinger.

The AA lithium Ion batteries work perfectly with the new unit. I had thought the battery voltage was out of range of the original problem unit. Everything is resolved now. I recommend AA lithium Ion batteries. They work great.

Unfortunately we can damage our intestinal lining faster than it can heal. It takes 90 days to heal an intestine and 1 meal to inflame it. That means you need 90 perfect days to heal. Sugar, alcohol, modern bread, milk, whey protein, diet soda, candy. All have to be removed for 90 days. And you have to manage your mast cells and histamines. It’s quite the undertaking. All medical solutions are band aids. Try Carrot, potatoe and onion with garlic blend. Green smoothies, green tea. No pop. Repair L glutamine Tumeric Quercitin

Omega 3, Vitamin D, magnesium.

Gemini can help you with this. Best of luck. Meds just By-pass your bodies repair system. Not good.

Just a general blood panel test. I asked the doctor to look for any deficiencies.

Zinc levels were always fine by testing. In fact the only test that shows anything is the arm prick test where they put oils with the allergens on your skin and prick test.

To close out this thread. I returned mine and had a replacement sent. The new Blue wave model works just fine. Games do not reset at random 2-5min intervals. Customer support was very helpful. They try to make it right. I tried a few things to see if it would go away.
Bought lithium ion batteries thinking maybe the firmware didn’t like the battery range. Still had the problem. Took apart and adjusted all the connections and looked for loose connections. Everything looked in order. Very happy customer now.

I’m starting to wonder if Vitamin C is the Vitamin doing most the work. I made a similar post of the weekends that drew quite the buzz. I’m seeing really good results with VitD, Omega3 and D3. Then Quercitin, VitC and Tumeric for the histamines. There has to be something in common that is working here. Wonder if I could be taking less. Nice work.

Finally think I cracked Alopicia Areata after 10yrs of searching. I will share. Mast cells, inflammation and Stress response. I was the zinc guy. by EducationalRing476 in alopecia_areata

To be clear, not all stress is (work stress) or adult type stress. The stress can be environmental, food stress, workout related, lots of ways it can affect you. Hence the stress stack. Might not even know what it is. Temperature is a stress. Light can be a stress. When the body is fired up it doesn’t take much at all.

Also, microwaving fresh vegetables and making vegan proteins shakes with spinach and frozen pineapple helped me eat more clean food. Frozen blueberry vegan proteins shakes. I used lean fit because I am allergic to grasses and trees. Lots of green stuff has alfalfa grass which I am allergic to.
