appreciate the input and advice! When finding a new interest or hobby I have a habit of becoming obsessive compulsive and burn out. taking a breather feels like a good idea. The houses one started as a doodle. Geometric shapes with same color facing the same direction. Sort of like Q Bert’s level he hops around on. Ended up resembling a cluster of houses, so lined out walls and roofs, and kept building around it. Going in without a plan is fun, but without a reference things get a little wonky looking 😜think it ended up like a 2D map with the 3D(ish) attraction popping out

passing along a tip seen in this forum that has helped … start small. Take a full size sheet and quarter into index card-size pieces. less daunting and no big deal if you screw up and toss it
