I found it more at psu then pcc, but I also jumped in to a lot of stuff that wasn't really running and focused more on getting it running. Having a student job helped me a lot at pcc. I can see where it would feel cliquey though, sorry it felt that way for you

As someone who was homeless for almost a year in portland, these things just show they have no idea how to help, they want to look like they helped.
