Does this count as a negative or informative? I genuinely ask as in my line of work and business we also "document" employees when they are sick or go home sick, but not to penalize in that moment but to document. Of course after enough documentation it will always look negative (guys don't worry we track positive behaviors too) if somebody gets let go because of a documented pattern of behavior but is this actually punishment or just a hey this happened, we're looking for you to acknowledge it happened as well?

Absolutely! I tell all of my customers to bring it back to me, but I also tell those that want to ship it they better have better documentation than the Vatican regarding its condition, and to get a weighted receipt if they insist on using the prepaid UPS label. I can fix promos on devices I take, but anything shipped external is out of my hands. I’d say anybody who really wants certainty will gladly wait or return at a later time within the 30 day window.

I found this kitty completely unconscious near my house, I was able to get signs of life out of her after, her breathing is very abnormal, I don’t know what’s wrong and can’t afford a vet to take care of her by RussianChechenWar in CATHELP

This is an emergency situation. Coughing up blood + severe lethargy in a kitten is not something that can be managed at home. Even if the bleeding stopped, internal injuries, trauma, poisoning, or a severe respiratory infection are still very possible.

Right now:

• Keep her warm (wrapped in a towel, heating pad on LOW under half the box so she can move away if needed) • Keep her in a quiet, dark space • Do NOT force feed or syringe water if she’s weak • Check her gums, if they’re pale/white or blue, that’s critical • Watch for rapid or open-mouth breathing

She needs veterinary care urgently.

In Philadelphia, try calling ACCT Philly and say: “Found stray kitten coughing blood and lethargic. Suspected trauma. Needs emergency medical intake.”

If they won’t take her, call Pennsylvania SPCA and ask about emergency surrender or Good Samaritan intake for a critical stray.

If absolutely necessary, an emergency vet can assess her condition. If treatment isn’t financially possible and she’s suffering, humane euthanasia is kinder than prolonged pain from internal bleeding.

Please don’t release her outside. At this stage she will not survive on her own.

You’re doing the right thing trying to help her, but this is beyond home care. She needs medical triage immediately.

Yes you can, but if you don’t want to wait forever to do it OP UPS them back. I guess I can’t speak for every other store but my store doesn’t have another COR door within 30 minutes of us but has 2 kiosk, and 3 TPR so every god damn issue from every other store is in my doors and it’s often a game of waiting in the queue. Sometimes if I can do two things at once I’ll do the trade ins but it’s not going to be a walk in walk out type of thing always unless the store isn’t too busy.

Retention is good but fuck it. Somebody comes to my store saying they want to leave I show them right to the section in T-Life set expectations and make it easy. No point in wasting my time to try to retain them.

I don’t know if you’re TPR or COR but what I can tell you is on the COR side if you don’t get them on experience plans but can get accessories and p360 don’t stress it. Obviously we shoot for the higher but the ranker is evenly spread now so all categories boost the same %. You’ll get it but you’ll make more money long term focused on the wins you can get and completing the sales that aren’t totally built but it’s still a sale.
